Fear is human primal fear. We should not deny this reality but also we cannot afford to be in it's harmful grip. Biblical approach is to pray our fears. This Psalm is all about the real fear David felt when facing the insurrection from his son Absalom.

There are two basic questions we are asking:

1. What Can We Learn About Fear?

2. How Do We Deal With Fear? By praying our fears we best deal with it. However, what do we do specifically as we pray?

There are four specific things suggested in this Psalm which we need to employ. Looking forward to seeing you at church this Sabbath
